Pursuit Dynamics Plc (PDX.L) announced that chief executive officer, or CEO, Roel Pieper has resigned with immediate effect for personal reasons. He will return to his venture capital activities, the company noted.
Non-executive director Jeremy Pelczer, who joined the board in June 2011, has assumed the role of interim CEO and will serve until a permanent CEO has been identified.
Pelczer is an experienced director who has held senior positions in engineering and industrial businesses including serving as CEO of RWE Thames Water and American Water. He is a non-executive Director of South Staffordshire Water and Chairman of Wateraid. He has served as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
