Tracy Morgan collapsed at the Sundance Film Festival on Sunday and was subsequently taken to the hospital for treatment.
The "30 Rock" star accepted the Spotlight Initiative Award during the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards before being ushered out of the venue for appearing intoxicated; once outside he collapsed.
A rep for the hospital which treated Morgan said there were no drugs or alcohol present in his system.
In a statement, Morgan's rep concurred:
"From a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention."
However, sources at the event told the Hollywood Reporter that Morgan appeared out of sorts, yelling and flailing about, during his acceptance speech and afterwards.
Prior to the award ceremony Morgan posed for pictures with his fiancée, Megan Wollover, but refused to do any interviews.
