During late New York deals on Friday, the US currency declined further against the British pound and the Swiss franc. At present, the greenback is trading near fresh multi-week lows of 1.5742 against the sterling and 0.9125 versus franc, which may be compared to Thursday's North American session close of 1.5692 and 0.9207, respectively.
