Digital River Inc. (DRIV) reported fourth quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.45 after the bell Thursday, up from $0.32 last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.33. The company expects to report first quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.27 to $0.30 and between $1.20 and $1.28 for the full year 2012. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.33 and $1.21. The stock is now up 1.36 on 120K shares.
Digital River climbed above Thursday's range around mid-afternoon and closed up by 0.37 at $16.74. The stock finished at a 2 1/2 month high.
