Earnings Watch For February 7 (KO, EMR, IT, KNL, DIS, WU)

Beverages giant Coca-Cola Co. (KO) is slated to report results for the fourth quarter. The company is expected to record a profit of $0.77 per share versus $0.72 per share last year, with revenues estimated at $10.99 billion. The company's shares closed Monday's session at $68.03. (The stock up about 4% in Q4; MA(50)- $67.80; MA(100)- $67.78; 52-wk H/L $71.77/$61.29)

Emerson Electric Co. (EMR) is due to post quarterly results. For the first quarter, earnings are expected to decline year-over-year to $0.51 per share from $0.63 per share. Also, the diversified manufacturing and technology company is anticipated to record revenues of $5.29 billion, lower than $5.54 billion recorded a year ago. EMR closed Monday's regular trade at $53.37. (The stock gained nearly 14% in Q1; MA(50)- $49.47; MA(100)- $48.21; 52-wk H/L $62.24/$39.50)

Gartner, Inc. (IT) is scheduled to report fourth-quarter results. Earnings and revenue for the quarter are expected to be $0.47 per share and $427.61 million respectively. In the year-ago quarter, the company earned $0.39 per share on revenues of $382.30 million. On the NYSE, the shares closed Monday at $39.15. (The stock stood almost flat in Q4; MA(50)- $36.36; MA(100)- $36.80; 52-wk H/L $43.39/$31.98)

Knoll, Inc. (KNL) is expected to report fourth-quarter results. The company is expected to earn $0.37 per share versus $0.26 per share a year earlier, on revenues of $248.83 million. The stock closed Monday at $16.87. (The stock up about 9% in Q4; MA(50)- $14.92; MA(100)- $14.92; 52-wk H/L $22.73/$12.59)

Diversified media and entertainment conglomerate Walt Disney Co. (DIS) will post its results today. For the first quarter, the company is expected to report earnings of $0.72 per share on revenues of $11.18 billion. In the prior-year quarter, the company posted earnings of $0.68 per share on revenues of $10.72 billion. The shares closed Monday's trade at $40.46. (The stock gained nearly 26% in Q1; MA(50)- $37.57; MA(100)- $35.49; 52-wk H/L $44.34/$28.19)

Western Union Co. (WU) is due to post quarterly results. For the fourth quarter, earnings are expected to grow to $0.40 per share from last year's $0.38 per share. Besides, the money transfer service provider is expected to generate revenues of $1.44 billion, up from $1.36 billion recorded a year ago. WU closed Monday's regular trade at $19.49. (The stock surged around 20% in Q4; MA(50)- $18.27; MA(100)- $17.40; 52-wk H/L $22.03/$14.55)

Additionally, AGCO Corp. (AGCO), Alexandria Real Estate Equities (ARE), Becton, Dickinson and Co. (BDX), Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. (BWLD), Capital Southwest Corp. (CSWC), Centene Corp. (CNC), Cerner Corp. (CERN), Compass Minerals Intl Inc. (CMP), DST Systems, Inc. (DST), Life Technologies Corp. (LIFE), Littelfuse, Inc. (LFUS), Magellan Midstream Partners L.P (MMP), NETGEAR, Inc. (NTGR), Panera Bread Co. (PNRA), Perrigo Co. (PRGO), Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. (RAH), RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. (RNR), Scotts Miracle-Gro (SMG), Sensient Technologies Corp. (SXT) and Solera Holdings, Inc. (SLH) will report their results today.
