Guidance Software Inc. (GUID) reported fourth quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.16 after the close Tuesday, up from $0.05 in the prior year period. The company expects to report full year 2012 non-GAAP EPS between $0.35 and $0.42.
Guidance Software gapped up sharply Wednesday, but has since moved in a narrow range. Shares have broken out higher in the last few minutes on increased volume and are now up 1.38 at $9.17. The stock has risen past resistance and has set a new high for the year.
