After-market Movers For Feb 13 (FIS, UCTT, NSIT, RAX, SGEN)

Gainers:

Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) rose more than 1 percent to $29.50. The company's fourth quarter profit improved from the year-ago period. Adjusted net earnings per share from continuing operations and revenues were above analysts' estimates. The company raised its annual dividend and also authorized additional stock repurchases up to $1.0 billion.

Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (UCTT) gained over 11 percent to $8.70. The company's fourth quarter profit surged from the year-ago quarter, helped by an income tax benefit. Revenue declined 27.8 percent from the same period a year ago, but were above Wall Street view. The company forecast first quarter results above consensus.

Insight Enterprises, Inc. (NSIT) rose 16 percent to $22.00. The company's fourth quarter profit and net sales increased from the previous year period. The company guided 2012 earnings per share above market expectations.

Rackspace Hosting, Inc. (RAX) gained nearly 5 percent to $51.65. The company's fourth quarter profit increased from the last year quarter. Net revenues for the quarter grew 32 percent. Both earnings per share and revenues were above consensus.

Decliners:

Seattle Genetics, Inc. (SGEN) declined over 6 percent to $17.70. The company's fourth quarter net loss narrowed from the previous year period. Revenues surged from the year-ago period, reflecting ADCETRIS net product sales. However, the company said it is not providing 2012 guidance on expected revenue from ADCETRIS product sales at this time.
