Communications service provider j2 Global, Inc. (JCOM) said Thursday that it has acquired Australian cloud voice service provider, Zintel Communications.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The company noted that financial impact of the acquisition is not expected to be material.
Hemi Zucker, CEO of j2 Global, said, "This acquisition brings j2 Global a team of skilled employees and a local office in Australia, positioning the company to expand its cloud service offerings in Australia and throughout the region."
