General Dynamics Corp. (GD) announced the promotion of Phebe Novakovic as president and chief operating officer, effective May 2. She will be reporting to Jay Johnson, chairman and chief executive officer.
Phebe Novakovic has been serving as executive vice president of Marine Systems and was previously senior vice president of planning and development.
