Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. said its board recommended a dividend of 60 percent or Rs.6.00 per equity share of Rs.10 each for the fiscal year 2012.
The company's books will remain closed from July 14 to July 24, 2012 to ascertain the eligible shareholders for payment of dividend. The said dividend will be paid between July 25 and July 30 to those members whose names appear on the company's books as on close of the business hours on July 13, 2012.
At the BSE, Mahindra Lifespace Developers closed Friday's trading at Rs.325.35, down 0.05 percent from the previous close.
