FW Thorpe Plc (TFW.L) Thursday released the preliminary results for the full year ended 30 June 2012 reporting rise in Profit from continuing operations on higher revenues.
The company, engaged in the design, manufacture and supply of professional lighting systems for the specification market, reported total profit for the full year from continuing operations of 9.94 million pounds, higher than profit of 8.41 million pounds reported for the previous year.
Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations increased to 84.8 pence from 71.8 pence per share reported for the year ended 30 June 2011.
Including discontinued operations, total profit for the year increased to 11.32 million pounds, or 96.5 pence per share, from profit of 9.41 million pounds, or 80.3 pence per share, reported for the previous year.
Total Revenue for the full year ended 30 June 2012 increased to 55.56 million pounds from 52.83 million pound reported for the previous year ended 30 June 2011.
