Noveko International Inc. (EKO.TO) , Canadian environmental solutions provider, announced Thursday the departure of Ginette Gagné as senior vice-president and chief financial officer of the company.
"By mutual agreement, and in accordance with our cost reduction and streamlining plan, the parties have decided to terminate their relationship as employer-employee. However, Mrs. Gagné agreed to remain accessible, on a consulting basis, to let us benefit from her expertise. I wish to thank her in a very special way for her commitment to our group, and that despite circumstances not always easy," said André Leroux, chairman and chief executive officer of the company.
André Leroux will act as the interim chief financial officer till a suitable candidate is found.
Shares of Noveko International are currently trading at C$0.07 on the TSX.
