The company announced additional positive preliminary results from an ongoing Phase 2 open-label drug-drug interaction study to evaluate the safety and plasma pharmacokinetic effects of the pharmacological chaperone AT2220 co-administered with enzyme replacement therapy for Pompe disease.
Google Inc. (GOOG) is up over 1 percent to $753.92.

Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (RT) is down 6 percent to $6.61. The company's first quarter profit declined 16 percent from the year-ago period and was below Wall Street view. Total revenue edged up 0.8 percent and was above the consensus estimate.
Royal Gold, Inc. (RGLD) is declining 5 percent to $90.60. The company agreed to sell 5.25 million shares of common stock through at-the-market public offering.
