Accenture plc (ACN) said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of Singapore-based NewsPage Pte Ltd , a provider of integrated distributor management and mobility software for the consumer goods industry in emerging markets.
The acquisition was originally announced on August 30.
About 128 NewsPage employees based in Singapore, China, India and Malaysia are joining Accenture as a result of the acquisition.
NewsPage will become a part of Accenture Software, the company's dedicated software business.
