Photoshop Touch Now On IPad, Nexus 7 And Other Small Slates

Adobe has announced that its Photoshop Touch 1.4 will now be compatible with the iPad mini, Google Nexus 7 and a host of smaller tablet displays. The tablet-friendly photo editing application which was fist available on Amazon's app store a fortnight ago has now been optimized for smaller slates.

Apart from changes that make use of the limited screen space, the new version of the application also comes boasts compatibility with three pressure-sensitive styli - Pogo Connect, Jot Touch and the Jaja stylus.

Adobe has also packed in new effects like Lens Flare and Stamp Pattern. Apart from this, users will be treated to a snappier creative experience owing to several performance and workflow enhancements including smoother brush strokes and new color selection workflow. And like almost any other app these days, the new version will allow users to share their work on social social networks like Twitter and Facebook without the need for an external application.

Existing users qualify for a free download of the new version and new users can pick it up on the iTunes App Store, Google Play and Amazon App Store for $9.99.
