Melanie Fiona is just one of the many artists performing at the 15th Annual Sundance ASCAP Music Café, which will take place at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, running during the daytime from January 18 through January 25.
Some of the other artists scheduled to make appearances during the festival are Jill Barber, Jonathan Batiste & Stay Human, Andrew Bird, Blue Sky Riders, Dave Berg, Nataly Dawn, Jack Dempsey and Elvis Murphy, and Kat Edmonson. All the artists taking part in the event were hand-picked by the ASCAP.
"Every great film needs great music, and for 15 years, the Sundance Film Festival and ASCAP have celebrated that connection of music and image with the Sundance ASCAP Music Café," said ASCAP Assistant Vice President and Sundance ASCAP Music Café producer Loretta Muñoz.
There will also be an intimate invitation-only ASCAP Composer-Filmmaker Cocktail Party on January 22 where the filmmakers and musicians will have the opportunity to meet each other.
