Zenn Motor Co. Inc. (ZNN.V) Thursday said Roger Hammock has been appointed as Executive Vice-President EEStor Relations, in addition to his current role as a director of the company.
Zenn said the recent announcement by EEStor, Inc. that it had completed independent testing of recently produced single layers of its electrical energy storage units suggests that the EESU technology is moving to a new stage.
The level of interaction between EEStor and ZENN has become significant and the relationship is critical to the success of both companies, it added. Roger Hammock has been active with EEStor over the past year and has proven his capabilities.
In connection with his appointment as an officer of the company, Hammock has been granted 100,000 stock options. The company has also granted 200,000 stock options to James Kofman, Chairman and Interim Chief Executive, who has agreed to continue in his current role. These options vest over an 18 month period.
In addition, an aggregate of 300,000 stock options have been granted to directors other than Kofman.
