Roger Daltrey has confirmed that he will bring his long running Teen Cancer Trust benefit concert to the U.S. in August. The concert will take place in Costa Mesa, California on August 10 and will align with the Orange County Fair and the Pacific Amphitheatre's Toyota Summer Concert Series.

The show will fill a vacancy at the venue left by the passing of Doors keyboardist Ray Manzarek. He and original Doors guitars Robbie Krieger were originally set to perform that night.

"I was very sorry to hear of Ray's passing," Daltrey said in a press release announcing his appearance. "I am sure he would have appreciated that the proceeds of this show will go to such a worthy cause as Teen Cancer America."

Tickets for the event are on sale now and range between $39.99 and $69.99.
