Rick Springfield has offered up his rendition of the Fleetwood Mac classic "Oh Well" in a new web video. The vid, captured as part of the AV Club's "Undercover" series, shows Springfield covering the track in a solo acoustic style.
Before playing the track, Rick explained that he used to play the tune during a short-lived stint as the guitarist with Australian band Zoot.
The band, he said, added the track specifically for a tour in which they were playing several beach venues.
The "Jessie's Girl" rocker also noted that while Mac hails from the oft-rainy UK, the track always reminds him of fun in the sun.
It's just the most recent cover for Springfield, who has previously shared his renditions of Foreigner's "Waiting for a Girl Like You," Gerry Rafferty's "Baker Street" and John Lennon's "Imagine."
