The downward trend in Dutch house prices continued in June, Statistics Netherlands reported Monday.
Prices of existing dwellings were down 9.6 percent in June from the same period of last year, faster than the 8.2 percent fall seen a month ago.
House prices were 21 percent lower than in August 2008, when prices reached a record high.
In the first six months of the year, a total of 45,201 houses were registered for sale, 22.8 percent below the level of the first six months of 2012, it said.
