John Fogerty has released an updated rendition of "Almost Saturday Night," a cut from his new album of collaborations, Wrote a Song for Everyone, featuring country star Keith Urban.
The track comes with a video for which Fogerty solicited pictures from fans with the theme "almost Saturday night." In addition to the fan-shot pics, the vid features clips of Fogerty and Urban in the studio.
Wrote a Song for Everyone features an all-star cast playing classic Creedence Clearwater Revival songs, including Bob Seger, Kid Rock, Zac Brown Band, My Morning Jacket and more.
The LP hit earlier this summer, peaking at number three on the Billboard 200. Following the release of the album, Fogerty was pestered with questions on a CCR reunion, which he said he'd never attempt without his late brother and former bandmate Tom.
