The police headquarters in downtown Columbus, Ohio was evacuated Tuesday evening after reports of an explosion, officials said.
Dozens of fire trucks and police vehicles surrounded the perimeter of the building. The building was evacuated after someone inside reported a loud noise that sounded like an explosion at around 7:25 P.M. local time, according to the Columbus Dispatch.
Officials said there was no smoke visible, and no injuries have been reported at this time.
