Sammy Hagar's Rockin' Island Restaurant in Roseville, Calif. has been shut down temporarily after the disappearance of its owner.

According to local news source KCRA, the establishment's owner, Stephen Pease, "hasn't been seen for weeks." His family filed a missing-persons report with Roseville police on Halloween, followed by a second report with police in Fort Bragg, N.C.

According to the latest updates, Pease was last seen in Fort Bragg and most recently turned up at the Surf and Sand Lodge in town on November 2.

According to a poster currently being circulated by police, the date is "five days after he'd last spoken to friends and family by cellphone." His rental car was due back on November 5 and hasn't been returned.

Law enforcement agencies do not suspect foul play.
