Nature's Pharmacy and Compounding Center of Asheville, North Carolina is voluntarily recalling all its sterile compounded products that are in the form of an injectable drug or an eye drop, distributed within North Carolina, on sterility concerns.
The products were distributed by the pharmacy from January 1, 2013 to present, and were supplied to the offices of licensed medical professionals and to patients by prescription within the pharmacy's local market area in North Carolina.
The recall does not affect any non-sterile compounded medications produced by the pharmacy.
Customers who are in possession of the recalled products are requested to return them to the pharmacy.
