Heart have confirmed plans to release a new live DVD and album in the new year. The release, Fanatic Live From Caesars Colosseum, hits February 25 on CD, DVD and Blu-ray and was culled from the group's recent Fanatic tour.
"This was the first time we had been able to play some of our new songs off our new Fanatic album on camera," said singer Ann Wilson.
"They sounded great, and they're powerful together. But we actually got to have them seen and heard."
The vid was shot in HD and, according to the Wilson, is the next best thing to being there:
"It's pretty close to being there. You've got the feeling of the wide stage, lights bouncing off the drums and everything chrome. You see a lot of gorgeous light and color. And we're wearing cool clothes. It's awesome."
