Eric Church has been confirmed for a performance on the legendary television series Austin City Limits this year. The appearance is scheduled for September 23, and Church will be playing tracks from his new release The Outsiders.
Church is in good company as a performer on ACL this year, joining Los Lobos, Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, Valerie June and Thao & the Get Down Stay Down.
His new album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart earlier this year, prompting him to speak on the release with The Boot:
"It's a bit of a statement. I wanted to send a message with this album that it's gonna be different, it's gonna be another level."
