Australia Business Confidence Index Dips In March

Business confidence in Australia was down in March, according to the latest survey from National Australia Bank - which came in with a score of +4.

That's down from +7 in February and +9 in January.

The index for business conditions inched higher in March to +1 from 0 in the previous month. It was at +5 in January.

Among the individual components of the survey, sales, forward orders and employment remain weak, while recreation and personal services provided support.
