Peter Marquardt, who played the drug lord Moco in Robert Rodriguez's "El Mariachi," has died. He was 50.

Marquardt, who was best known for playing the white-suited drug lord in Rodriguez's classic film, also appeared in Rodriguez's subsequent films "Desperado," "Spy Kids 3-D" and "The Shadow People."
