Ukrainian rebels in Donetsk have released 37 Ukrainian troops in exchange for 31 members of the "Donetsk People's Republic" Friday.
OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine said it observed the simultaneous release of 68 hostages/prisoners in the early hours of Friday at Avdeevka, near Donetsk city.
The hand-over was carried out in a professional and cordial manner, it added.
The simultaneous release followed a verbal agreement between the two sides as part of the implementation of the ceasefire signed in Minsk on 5 September.
