SunLink Corp. announced it has expanded board and named Michael Maulick new president & CEO. SunLink CEO Christopher Tilley has announced he will be stepping down, effective January 2015. Tilley will move into a consulting role and remain an active advisor for the company.
In May 2014, Maulick joined SunLink board as COO. He has been the CEO of three international technology companies, had a 20 plus year career at IBM and has served on Private and Public Boards, most notably as Independent Director for the IPO of Rackable Systems (RACK). Prior to joining SunLink, he served as Managing Director of Maulick Capital, an investment and consulting firm that he founded in January of 2009.
