Kenny Chesney has once again teamed with Grace Potter on his new single "Wild Child," though the new video for the track features Gretchen Rhodes as its leading lady. Chesney met Rhodes, a songwriter, years ago in the Virgin Islands.
The "Wild Child" video was filmed in Hawaii, with shots of Chesney performing the song at sunset intercut with clips of Rhodes hiking, riding horses and backpacking through the islands' rural areas. Toward the end of the three and a half minute clip, Rhodes is joined by her family, including a pre-school aged "wild child" who's presumably her daughter.
Chesney co-wrote the track with Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne. The track is latest, and third, single to be taken off of Chesney's 16th studio The Big Revival, which was released this past September.
