Don Henley and Martina McBride have hooked up on a duet called "Old Flame," a cut from Henley's upcoming Nashville record, Cass County. The topic of the song sees Henley and McBride as separated lovers considering getting back together.
"There is danger, in the embers / You have only yourself to blame / if you get burned when you try to rekindle / that old flame," plays the chorus of the tune.
Other collaborators on the album include Merle Haggard, Alison Krauss, Vince Gill, Dolly Parton and Mick Jagger.
Cass County, featuring the lead single "Take a Picture of This," is due September 25. Henley hits the road in support of the LP in the fall, along with support act Shawn Colvin.
