While promoting their latest single, "Live Forever" at a recent presser, Band Perry were challenged to demonstrate their rap cred. Paul Costabile tossed out the name of a few hip hop songs, which the trio took turns reciting.
"I don't think a lot of people know how gangster the Band Perry is," said Neil Perry.
Perry went on to recite long passages of Eminem's "Lose Yourself," while all three chimed in on an a capella version of Outkast's "Hey Ya."
"Live Forever" is a cut from Band Perry's upcoming album, which Kimberly Perry says is shaping up marvelously.
"Everything is so colorful and enthusiastic and happy," Kimberly says. "We're walking out of the studio with giant smiles on our faces."
