The Charlie Daniels Band will release a CD/DVD combo Live at Billy Bob's Texas, recorded in February at the state's largest honky tonk, on October 16.
The album features Daniels's beloved classics like "The Devil Went Down to Georgia," "Drinking My Baby Goodbye" and "The South's Gonna Do It (Again)."
"When you record live, you need to ignore the recording equipment and play for the people and that big old rowdy crowd. At Billy Bob's Texas, that was easy to do," Daniels says of his approach to making a live LP.
