Mariah Carey doesn't have enough good things to say about her boyfriend James Packer.
"He's a great person," Carey told Access Hollywood of Packer, whom she started dating over the summer. "He's just an incredible guy. He really is a good person, and that's hard to find."
Carey adds that she isn't the only one who thinks that way about Packer.
"I think anybody that's a friend of his would say the same thing, if not more, so I can't say enough nice things about him," she said. "He's just a spectacular guy."
Carey arrived to the interview with a stunning diamond necklace around her neck, and confirmed it was a gift from her new beau.
"It was a surprise," she said, adding that it wasn't the first time James has demonstrated a taste for dazzling jewelry. "He's given me one before, so this was like surprise No. 2."
