Linde AG (LDE.L,LNAGF.PK) Tuesday said its Board elected Professor Wolfgang Reitzle as chairman, effective May 21. Reitzle has served as CEO of the company until May 20, 2014.
Reitzle will replace Manfred Schneider, who has been serving as chairman since May 2003.
Further, the company revealed that Victoria Ossadnik, who was appointed by court in January 2016 to the Supervisory Board, was elected to the Board as a shareholder representative at the AGM.
