Visa Inc. (V) announced after the bell Monday that Charlie Scharf is resigning as Chief Executive Officer and as a board member. Alfred Kelly, Jr. has been appointed as Visa's new CEO. The stock is now down 1.15 on 671K shares.
Visa dipped in early trade Monday, but settled into a range for most of the session. The stock closed down by 0.30 at $82.15.
