Classic Recreations To Accept Crypto Payments For Custom Built Ford Cars

American Custom Car Builder Classic Recreations started accepting payment for its rebuilt-to-order high-performance vintage Ford Mustang vehicles in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin.

The Yukon,Oklahoma-based company claims to be the first custom car builders in the world to accept digital currencies as payments.

The company intends to accept a wide variety of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH, Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Docademic (MTC) as a form of payment.

Customers need an electronic wallet to enable making payment in cryptocurrencies for their Classic Recreation vehicles, it said.

The company has set up electronic wallet addresses associated with each cryptocurrency, as well as the encryption software, which is built into the wallet through a private key to ensure privacy.

Classic Recreations is licensed by Ford Motor Co. and Shelby American to fabricate officially-licensed Ford Mustang restorations and continuation cars.

There are currently about 26 million American who have invested in cryptocurrencies and the number is steadily growing, according to a survey by Finder.com. And more businesses have started to accept cryptocurrencies as a form of payment.
