Breaking Benjamin has once again returned to the top of Billboard's Mainstream Rock Songs airplay chart, as the band's latest single, "Torn In Two," has hit No. 1 on the September 22-dated list.
This is the sixth time that a Breaking Benjamin single has reached the No. 1 position on the chart.
"Torn In Two", the second single from their album Ember, claimed the top spot by pushing Three Days Grace's "Infra-Red" down to No. 2.
The first single from Ember, "Red Cold River," reached as high as No. 2 in March.
Before "Torn In Two," three other songs from the band had topped the Billboard Mainstream Rock Songs chart in more than three years. They are, "Never Again," "Angels Fall," and "Failure."
The songs on Ember were co-written by the band's frontman Benjamin Burnley, guitarist Jasen Rauch, guitarist/vocalist Keith Wallen, bassist/vocalist Aaron Bruch and drummer Shaun Foist.
