Carrie Underwood gave birth to her second child with husband Mike Fisher on January 21. The baby boy has been named Jacob.
In August, an expecting Underwood canceled her Cry Pretty Tour 360 until May 2019.
The 35-year-old country singer posted a photo on Instagram of her husband holding the newborn.
"Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday...his mom, dad and big brother couldn't be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle," Underwood wrote.
"Our hearts are full, our eyes are tired and our lives are forever changed," she added. "Life is good."
The couple's 3-year-old son is named Isaiah.
The "Cry Pretty" singer also shared photos of her holding Jacob on her chest, and Isaiah holding his younger brother.
