The band members posted a photo of themselves with vocalist Maynard James Keenan featured thinking, "Feelin cute. Might play some new material on this upcoming tour. idk."
Tool guitarist Adam Jones also took to Instagram to share a video clip of himself playing an intricate new riff with the caption, "Getting ready for Sunday."
The L.A.-based rock band is set to kick off their tour with a headlining appearance at the Welcome to Rockville festival in Jacksonville, Florida, on May 5.
