A day after hinting at new music, Nick Minaj has revealed a release date.
On Wednesday, Minaj returned from a social media break with a cryptic, single-word tweet, "Megatron."
The tweet led fans to speculate about a new album or at least a new single from the hip hop diva.
On Thursday, Minaj announced a June 21 release date for "Megatron," and shared photos from an apparent music video shoot on Instagram.
In one of the images, a seductive Minaj is seen straddling a dancer on set wearing a skintight bodysuit in revealing mode.
"#Megatron + #QueenRadio 6|21," the brief caption reads.
Minaj was maintaining social media silence for quite a few months, with her last tweet dating back to March 25.
Minaj previously rapped about Megatron being a nickname for herself on Future's 2018 track "Transformer."
