FX network has announced that Donald Glover's Emmy-winning comedy series "Atlanta" has been renewed for a fourth season.
Production on seasons 3 and 4, each consisting of eight episodes, will begin next spring.
The popular series has already won several awards, including a Golden Globe for best TV comedy, a best comedy actor Emmy for Glover and a Peabody.
"What more can be said about Atlanta than the critical acclaim and accolades that Donald, Paul, Dianne, Stephen and Hiro have earned for two exceptional seasons of what is clearly one of the best shows on television," FX Entertainment president Eric Schrier said in a statement.
"This group of collaborators and cast have created one of the most original, innovative stories of this generation and we are proud to be their partners," he added.
