Former Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman has published a limited-edition photo book - a collection of known, unknown, rare and unseen images capturing the Rolling Stones on-stage, backstage and on the road.
The book, titled "Stones from the Inside: Rare and Unseen Images," features more than 270 images. Only 300 copies a are available for sale.
Along with the images of the band at work and play, Wyman includes remarkable images of those along for the ride, which includes John Lennon, Eric Clapton and David Bowie.
To accompany his photographs, Wyman offers wonderful insights, anecdotes and behind-the-photo stories.
The book comes in a luxurious slipcase, with an open-edition 10 x 8in. hand-signed print.
"I have been asked many times over the years, what I might have been if I hadn't been a Rolling Stone for three decades. My reply was always that I would have loved to have been a curator at a museum, running a library or, best of all, taking up photography as a career," Wyman says in the introduction to the book.
