Trace Adkins has announced the schedule for his The Way I Wanna Go Tour across the United States and Canada.
The tour, which is set to commence with a show on April 15 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, will have stops in several cities, including Las Vegas, Oklahoma City and Tampa.
"I'll be on stage singing 'Every Light in the House Is On,' and I look down at the crowd and realize that person right there wasn't even alive when I recorded that song," said Adkins.
He added, "To watch their face go, 'Oh, that's a cool hook, I like this.' It's like, 'Well, these songs still resonate today and are tried-and-true hits.' It's pretty special."
Adkins is currently part of the Friends & Heroes tour with Blake Shelton, John Anderson, Lauren Alaina and the Bellamy Brothers. The tour concludes on March 21.
Adkins, who is reportedly working on his 14th studio album and his first since Something's Going On in 2017, will also be part of the Country Cruising 2020 trip that leaves from Tampa, Florida, in early November.
