Kelly Clarkson covered Otis Redding's classic "These Arms Of Mine" on last Friday's "Kellyoke" segment on her talk show "The Kelly Clarkson Show."

"These arms of mine/ They are burning/ Burning from wanting you/ These arms of mine/ They are wanting/ Wanting to hold you," Clarkson sang, giving the song her own spin.

"These Arms of Mine" was Redding's first-released Stax Records single, with "Hey Hey Baby" on its B-side. The song became Redding's first successful single. The song was also included on Redding's 1964 debut album Pain in My Heart.

The song peaked at No. 22 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and No. 85 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1963.
