A trailer for Dave Grohl's new documentary about rock music has dropped, featuring several music legends, including Ringo Starr, Aerosmith's Steven Tyler, U2's The Edge, and Slash.
What Drives Us, the second film to be directed by the Foo Fighters frontman, is a love letter to every rock and roll musician who has toured in a van.
"This film is my love letter to every musician that has ever jumped in an old van with their friends and left it all behind for the simple reward of playing music," said Grohl.
He added, "What started as a project to pull back the curtain on the DIY logistics of stuffing all of your friends and equipment into a small space for months on end eventually turned into an exploration of 'why?' 'What drives us?'"
The impressive lineup also includes AC/DC's Brian Johnson, St. Vincent, Guns & Roses' Duff McKagan, Red Hot Chili Peppers' Flea, Metallica's Lars Ulrich, Exene Cervenka of X, and more.
What Drives Us will be released in the U.S. on Friday, April 30.
