Café Mocha Radio To Honor Earth, Wind & Fire, Sly Stone, Ludacris & More

In celebration of Black Music Month, Café Mocha Radio will honor individuals who have made contributions to the music industry both in front of and behind the scenes at an online event on June 6.

As part of the "Saluting Our Culture" award series, the 2021 Salute THEM Awards show will be streamed live at 7 pm ET.

Musician, songwriter and record producer Sly Stone will be honored with the Legend Award.

The Creating the Legacy Award will be presented to Grammy Award-winning male group Earth, Wind & Fire.

Music video and film director Billie Woodruff will be given the Director's Award.

Grammy Award-nominated jazz pianist and producer Patrice Rushen will get the Trailblazer Award.

The Game Changer Award will be bestowed upon Grammy Award-winning hip hop artist, actor and philanthropist Ludacris.

Legendary songstress Darlene Love will be honored with the Soul Solidarity Award.

Dr. Bobby Jones, singer, TV host and "Ambassador of Gospel Music", will be awarded with the Spirit Award.
