During a special show at the Canyon Club in Los Angeles suburb Agoura Hills on Tuesday (June 15), the Foo Fighters covered Queen's "Somebody to Love."

A video shot by a fan shows the band's drummer Taylor Hawkins swapping places with frontman Dave Grohl and singing the verses. Pat Smear and Chris Shiflett strummed their guitars, while Grohl threw in a bit of a drum solo.

""We were practicing, and Dave said, 'What song do you want to do? 'Cold Day in the Sun' or 'Sunday Rain?' - which are two songs that I did with the Foo Fighters on past records," Hawkins told the crowd. "But I said, 'No, I want to do a good song.'"

During the show, the band performed 23 songs overall, including their classic "Times Like These" and tracks from their recent album Medicine At Midnight. They played the title track of the album live for the first time.
