Chinese real estate company, Nam Tai Property (NTP) is down 16% in the wee hours of the market on Tuesday. There have been no reports from the company that can be attributed to the fall.
After its steep rise through June 11, when the price of the shares peaked at $36.90, Nam Tai Property has been experiencing a huge fall. It has lost 40% or $14.76 of the per-share value since then. However, on the 52-week basis, the company has seen its stock rise 268% or $16.11.
